So, I have Kim with me, who will not let me do an end of day debriefing. While he's around, I'm not allowed to sleep and time is stuck at 2:10.

What am I missing here?

I did both of these things. The station told me I was not going to get one red cent, and my clip board arc is finished and I get to hold it now, but I'm still stuck.

Yes, and I also did the black out part. I was fed water to get back on me feet. So that part was done too. Garte just tells me that I owe him money, money I don't have and can't earn.

Well, Kim's not doing a damn thing for me. SO something must have glitched. hours swell spent I guess.

I think if you leave the rent/damages too late you soft-lock your game. After about 10 o'clock, you need to sort somewhere out to sleep pronto, 2 is too late.

Restart with the Knowledge I guess.. I've restarted like twice already because of stupid bugs

Well, at least I'm not the only one with this issues, but I hope the devs fix it soon.

Kim isn't offering me the Spinners either. Maybe I pissed him off or something? It worked for me once. Did something get screwed in the last patch?

It seems like a recurring bug in the game, where you during some interactions can skip time beyond 2:00, which isn't supposed to happen. (Time should stop at 2:00 and not beyond that). And then it causes the game to glitch.
