How do you get to island/boardwalk to check for bullet traces.
I went to the sightseeing meter and saw the island but it seems it's too far, and i cant reach it. Also im pretty sure i've been on the boardwalk but no circle prompt fires for me to analyze the potential sniper location.

You have to progress with the story to check out the boardwalk and the island. Can't do it ahead of time.
