How to get hanged man ceramic boots?
My partner run away with the body and even if i omitted boots in report i still did not get anything damn it!

You need to try to pull the boots off to get the quest, then wait for Kim to go to bed and sneak out to pull the boots off.

You can get the quest to get the boots later even if you don't try to pull them off. Unfortunately, you can also get that quest later even if you've already shipped the body off, resulting in an impossible-to-complete task stuck in your list. (It should be moved into your done list and declared "cancelled", like what happens if you recover your badge without reporting it missing.)

It's for a quest, but they're not needed for anything. it's not a progression blocker

Yes, they provide +2 to authority. They can also be investigated (I think if you have high enough visual calc) to get more information.

Well bastard Kim run away with my body so I guess I will never take it back now..... I was sneaking out and did not see an option to grab them anyway!

You have to trigger the quest by trying to pull the boots off with Kim watching, then come back later.

Ok I found a save - finished autopsy, will wait till evening and grab it on 2nd day :D

unfortunetely i got the body down 2nd day.... Did not make it to the fat guy on the first... so I will get it on 3rd day i reckon...

The important part of what I said was "Sneak out after Kim goes to bed." If you wait until Kim is back with you, which happens in the morning, I'm not sure Kim will let you take the boots (at least, not without passing a tough check).
