Is there a shop where i can buy clothes?

Don't get me wrong, my one shoed, broken mess of a cop looks the part. But i think he needs some new threads fast. Just wondering if theres a store or something i missed that sells clothes.

You can find your other shoe, FYI, but you typically find clothes scattered across the game, each with their own bonuses and maluses. There's a guy down at the southern part of the island, across from the pawn shop, who sells some things (IIRC, two types of glasses, two types of pants, and a ludicrously-overpriced pair of shoes). At the beginning of the game, though, money's pretty tight, so you might want to hold off for all the stuff you get for free.
