How do I find the Island and Boardwalk bullet traces?

I found the ones at Landsend, but I've been all over the boardwalk and can't find anything. And I also dont know how to get to the island.

How far? Because I'm already progressed enough to the point where I need to find them. And I've only got a few days before the Tribunal comes for the Hardy Boys

It's part of the main story. You'll find them, don't worry. Next one is inside the Feld buidling. Under it, actually.

The boardwalk traces aren't actually on the boardwalk, and you'll find them while following a different lead in the story.

You won't be able to reach the island for a while, it's only accessible towards the end of the game.

Does that mean theres no way to stop the warfare?

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to continue then. I need to find the bullet traces to convince the Hardy guy that Ruby was involved so he'll tell me where to find her.

You don't need the bullet traces to convince Titus. What other quests have you got open?

The Cryptozoologists, Soona and the Church Ravers, trying to find the smoker, reading about cockatoos, the dead body on the side walk, determining where the shot came from, confront them on the drug trade,getting some signatures, asking the scab leader about the tatoos, and a bunch of small ones like singing karaoke and smoking some cigs.

This question is bound to come up more and more, because the way game locks player in these late-game quests in astonishingly bad. This much railroading.

See if you can find the smoker, he's a witness. Who do you need to confront about the drug trade? What did you find out about it so far?

I need to confront Titus about it. It appears to be Ruby but I don't want to rile him up before I get the information out of him.

Ah. Make a save first? I don't remember exactly how that conversation goes and there are presumably a lot of different ways for all these things to play out, but I think you're at the point where you can basically show that Ruby and the Union are connected to the case. Worth a shot.

I have just let ruby go yet I still cant find anything to interact with that helps the quest
