What do the different copotype thoughts do?

I am playing as a supercop in my main playthrough and have started several new ones to atleast see what fun things the other copotypes add, but I can't seem to become a boring cop in a reasonable amount of time. Can anyone tell me what the Boring Cop's thought does?
