Let Roll of Pennies work with Turrets again

After the patch, two things apparently changed with Roll of Pennies. Hellfire Tincture no longer triggers it, and Turrets don't give you coins for it. It was admittedly completely busted, but entirely removing the synergy seems too far.

Nah it was too OP.. Your turrets are literally stationary soaking damage and just giving you free money.. I had runs where I beat Mithrix in under 25mins because I would just drop turrets and get the money from them getting beaten to rush stages..

It needs a slight numerical buff on first stack or alternative scaling per level. Perhaps but having it work on turrets is too much especially with lysate cell presence.
