Is there a mod that can tell item descriptions when playing with the command artifact?

Im relatively new to this game and sometimes i play with my friend and we play with command on so i can learn what builds are good, and I was wondering if there is mod that could allow me to just hover over the items in that screen and it tells me what it is rather than me just having to know what I want and what I'm getting

when you are in game and you have items at the top you can just hover over them if that helps, or pull up the wiki and check as you go

I dont have two monitors so the wiki is little hard, i just wanted something so when I play with command I can know what item im getting and what it will do before i get it and maybe mess up a run

Its not that, I usually alt+tab but its still just kind of annoying to have to

Bro doesnt wanna have to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shift + alt every minute to look up at a web page for an item when the base game could just have a small box next to the item your looking at tell you what it does.
