Mixthrix monster log issue

I have beat the game numerous times and yet the monster logbook shows me a lock icon on Mithrix, claiming "Defeat this monster for a chance to unlock this log entry". It should be noted that I have beaten the game on singleplayer and multiplayer, although I beat it on singleplayer first. Is this a bug? Are other people experiencing this too? If not is there a fix for this? I really just want to be able to have a shot at collecting the Mithrix log but I can't do so if it remains locked.

Yeah but when you beat them it should a black silhouette of the monster, not a lock icon.

Its a random drop with a % chance, like most other monster logs

You don't seem to understand. When you defeat a monster it shows in the logbook a black silhouette, meaning the next time you beat one there is a chance it will drop a log. But if it's still locked as in the person never fought the enemy it will remained locked until you beat it. For me, I have beaten Mithrix but it still shows it locked while other enemies such as the Twisted Scavenger I have beaten with no log drop yet but a black silhouette is shown of it in the logbook instead of the lock icon.

I got the Mitrix log. But I only beat him once as Commando.
What I remember is, I got the log by other hero, it is at the middle of arena.
So maybe even the log drop, players may overlook that log on the floor

It doesn't give you the shadow after beating him but you can still get the monster log to drop. It doesn't count kills in the log either which is probably why it stays locked until you get the log itself.

I don't know if it's just bugged or a hint that he isn't actually dead or something in the lore. I'm sure the devs will address it eventually.

I got super lucky and got it on my first try, strangely after phase 1.
Especially since I could never get the log for providence.

I actually got lucky and got the Providence log super early while Ifrit took me forever in 1 lol
