Ight, how the ♥♥♥♥ am I supposed to do the one where I have to kill a boss in a second, and the multikill one?

Multi-kill one is gonna happen in a longer run. I personally got it by nano bombing a grovetender unleashing his wisp horde.
I got the killing a boss in a second one by speedrunning the first few stages and getting shaped glass along the way. Opened the timed chest that gives preon accumalator in rallypoint delta and blasted the teleporter boss at point blank.
You can just go really long too, but it means the total HP of the teleporter boss not just any boss so keep that in mind. (IE: four bosses means you need to kill them all in under a second)

1-sec kill: Preon Accumulator + many-many Armor-Piercing Rounds, Crowbar and Shaped Glass.

Multikill: many-many Will-o'-the-wisp,

If you keep the run going you will get them both eventually.

Get around level 20 or so in a 4 player Monsoon after your team ragequits off. You'll be swimming in so many items that everything will die by just looking at it.

I did multikill by letting a beetlequeen spawn a ton of weak beetles and nuked them all at once.
1 sec kill I found an armor-piercing printer, printed up like 20 of them, and got lucky with boss placement (3 beetle queens stacked on top of each other) fully charged M2 then R and they were insta-dead

I had a setup where I was firing missiles non-stop, along with having 4 shaped glass. Brutally murdered teleporter bosses the moment they spawned. Didn't get the challenge till I remembered the wording said "In one burst round" so I fired off my M1 just as the boss spawned and got the challenge complete.

Have not got the multi-kill yet though.. still working on that.

Grab a couple Gnesis and have them proc with a bunch of Wisps/Leems/Beetles around early game. Or just stack up a bunch of Will-o-Wisps and watch whole groups instantly de-materialize.

If you want the easiest cheese for a 1 second boss kill just reset stage 1 until you get a preon accumulator on drizzle. If its not vagrant you'll have to charge your nano bomb at the same time as preon charges.

I had the god run that would let me get the one shot, but of course, no im not allowed to. I got BOTH the disk and the sprint spawns minions item and I simply couldnt hit the boss before they did. The disk essentially charged itself so there was nothing I could do
