Rejuvination Rack unlock?

What items do I have to avoid to get it? I know the Cautious slug is okay. I know medkit, healing drone, the foreign fruit are ones I have to avoid. What else do I need to not pick up?

Currently you should never ever pick up Wake of Vultures. Killing lightning elite mobs will just cut your health in half.

Anything that shows as green numbers is considered healing.

You didn't understand the question : to unlock the item rejuvenation rack, you need to make it to the 3rd teleporter without healing, and OP was asking which item to avoid to that effect.

Slug seems fine to take, infusion seems to be bad to take. Anything else that shows healing numbers is also bad.

Just dont pick up anything that heals, play engi, and cheese it. Thats how I got the no damage thing too

the easest way to beat this is to get the engineer and just go directly to the boss spawner as soon as you find it and do this on easy mode. you can beat all three bosses in about 3 minutes if you are quick. the achevement is harder to get if you spend a bunch of time going arround item hunting and also the risk of picking up the wrong item increeses.
