15 I think. I got to 24 in my first play through of knowing that there is such an achievement.

Do warbanner buffs contribute or does it need to be purely from what you do when not under added assistance? The +30% per banner means an overlap of 3 banners plus one syringe would do it, unless it’s diminishing returns like stacking items are, but even then it would help...

i don't get it either: The game says each of the syringes grants 15%(+15% per stack) attack speed.

So its either bugged and needs more then it asks for or the stacking is written wrong or the achievement itself is written wrong.

I got the achievement with only 6 soldier syringes using MUL-T, but I didn't get it until after I defeated the teleporter boss. I played on Drizzle and I was going for the complete 20 stages in a row achievement, but I accidentally got it.

Anything that adds to attack speed can help trigger it. The easiest way is to just get like 14 syringes from a printer, but each predatory is an extra 30% at max crit stacks, and berzerkers gives 100%, and not sure how much extra from warbanner.

I had 14 syringes and it worked. Just find a 3d printer and dump your items in it.

several berserks, banner and 8 syringes and the fox mask werent enough to get it for me.
I think its somewhat bugged.
It was the same with the speed achievement.
A friend of mine and i tried to get it for him, i left all sprint buffs and hoof for him, he had about 14 or so sprints, 3 redwhips and 6 hoofs, he couldnt even maneuver the map properly because he was too fast, just pressing shift and forward once moved him like twice around the map. Yet he didnt get the achievement at all.
When i played solo i had only 4 sprint buffs, 2 hoofs and 2 redwhips and got it.

I think the achievements arent ever properly recorded by the game. Well, its early access and so to be expected. Especially considering how crazy some stuff becomes it could very well be that the game kind of gets messed up by itself aswell.
