CPU reqs a little much?
I mean really, AMD 8350?
EIGHT cores and 4 GHz???

How can you possibly require that much processing for this??? :P

Still loving it, but your game's minimum requirements are more intensive than some computational fluid dynamic software!

Because there's a lot going on, so there's a lot to process.

This game is very cpu heavy, I'm hoping that they will eventually be able to optimise it in that regard.

I have a friend with a 1080 ti, i7 7700k and he can go as low as around 60 one some maps later in the game, and thats only at 1080p haha.

Ya, but not enough to warrant needing 8-cores at 4GHz.

Here's something funny, I have an 8350 at 4ghz, and I rarely get above 30FPS with everything turned off(except for the weird fact that you can't turn off bloom and the vfx even if you turn it off it still is shown as on max settings in the game).

Like I'll check my cpu usage and i'll reach around 65% tops, I can't seem to fathom why i'm getting such ♥♥♥♥ frames too :/

I'm not having any framerate or performance problems myself, but a friend pointed out the minimum requirements to me and I just couldn't believe it.
I've got a 8350, but I've also got 32GB RAM on the mobo to back it up, and 8GB GPU.
But still, it doesn't speak well for this game's optimization when its requirements are comparable to the chonkiest FEA engineering software out there.

probably optimization

i have an i5 760 and get 100+fps early game and drop to 20's after 1loop and few levels while cpu usage is at 70-50% depending on core

wow....even my framerate doesn't dip that low late game, but give it time to get optimization fixes

its frustrating though, CPU "heavy" yet I dont go over 40% CPU usage and drop as low as 30 fps with i7 6700k /1080/16gb ram

My GPU and CPU usage are so low but so are my frames on later stages not to metnion the stutter on item pickup i get , so frustrating. Hunt Showdown runs better than this lol

Early access problems I guess

the "minimal" requirement aren't the absolute minimal to play it. I'm playing with a crap dualcore and it's alright after reducing the resolution, i have very blurry text, but the game plays decently enough, if a bit of blur doesn't mind you that much.
just make sure to set a custom 16/9 resolution in the config file because as usual, there isn't any under the usuals.
I'm using 768x432, you can get a list on the web for 16/9 res.

I have CPU Brand: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz
and it uses roughly 52% of it

I'm running it off a ryzen 5 1600 with 6 cores, so I have no problem. I think I could test it on my old build though. never really paid attention to the fps but i did have some frame skips.

EDIT: I forgot to mention my old build has an 8350
