I'm trying really hard to win this challenge but I have no ideia how to get 300/mph+ speed. Any advice?

If you can't do this, stacking a lot of speedy items can work too. I used spinel, some red whips, goat hoofs, and prayed for a berserker's pauldron activation.

This worked actually, thanks a bunch! I kept trying to jump and then grapple, doing it the other way around was literally all I had to do.

The way I did it was I went to a high spot on the map, charged my punch, jumped off, and then let gravity increase my speed and landed the punch on top of an enemy.

I did it by grappling from about max distance with the fist charged while running.
For me doing it on a boss worked due to the *very large target* just release when you get in his face.

This is a challenge you can do on stage 1 without any movement speed boosting items. Keep grappling the boss and punching at different points in the swing until the challenge completes

I got it by complete accident.
Just grapple somewhere, swing really fast, and punch something. No movespeed items required.
