so obviously as the enemy HP scales so does the damage done.
A Golem ticked for 18
A Greater wisp ticked for 18
Though it does way more than 100% of the weak enemy health in a couple of seconds in most cases.
Well damn I thought I had it 😂
From that description it just sounds super buggy... theres no logical way it can be working right with those numbers.
- The poison damage is visually bugged, the green number you see is the minimum poison tick damage that scale with your level up to 10% of the target's max HP, the poison damage ticks should vary against different HP values and it DOES but not visually. Only 1 target I found where the poison numbers ticks correctly..the bazaar dude.
- Because the minimum damage cap, weak enemies can be damaged higher than 10% of their max HP.
- Poison does 10% of the target max HP damage over 10 seconds (30 ticks), you can kill any boss in the game if you applied poison 10 times(in 100 seconds), so yes poison is extremely powerful actually...
- Poison doesn't proc, crit, kill or scale with any item except 1.........Shaped Glass! >.> (1 glass = 20% of max HP..etc)
- Poison doesn't stacks in term of damage (intensity) or duration, new application of poison merely overwrite the old one, so it will always last 10 secs.
I noticed there is some difference between targets (like 9 vs 10), maybe because of armor? But since it deals almost identical damage to most targets (bosses, elites, squishy and durable normal enemies) despite massive health differences, it's apparently simply bugged.
This is a visual bug. The damage is right but doesn't show the right amount.
Edit:
Apparently, poison damage is now fixed and show different amount between targets:
- Poison is affected by Armor (tested with natural toxins)
- Stacks with Armor-Piercing Rounds, 3 items so far affect poison damage + Armor reduction
