The reason why it was done was regarding Hardlight Afterburner and Backup Magazine.

This way, Backup Magazine is a fun thing that lets you be spiderman without being too OP with Loader, and Hardlight Afterburner is worthy of being a legendary item when used with her because of how strong the rocket punch is.

Also, the rocket punch is both an attack and a mobility option, so I don't think it's unreasonable.

Backup magazines for such a powerful ability that doubles as mobility might be too much. Getting multiple grapples is a lot of fun anyways; and spamming grapples doesn't instantly melt everything like spamming multiple punches would.

Considering how staggeringly huge the damage on Loader's Falcon Punch is, getting extra charges with a white item (Backup Magazine) would definitely be OP.

Also it's kind of a non-issue for me because I put utility and special skills on mouse buttons, and moved sprint to shift where it always should have been :D
