Well, seeing as it's unintentionally fixed because they changed something else, they would have to revert some changes, which would probably be more work than it's worth.

Would starting a votekick against shield surfers in tdm/invasion/frontline be considered votekick abuse? they're usefulness is as much as a afk player and they get autokicked.
