Never recieved Hitch?
Hey there, I signed up to the newsletter a while ago and never recieved a redemption code for Hitch. I've been recieving the weekly updates (thanks for the weekly chest BTW!) and checked my junk folders to make sure it didn't go into those. Is there any way I can acquire Hitch through a hidden quest or something, or have I missed out?

Yea, the character is available - you're suppose to receive a code for him in the newsletter once you've signed up.

But apparently it doesn't always work, I've seen a few others with the same issue as the two of you.

I imagine Codename can sort it out.

Yes, i found a key in my inbox... OP better writes email to support, should be no problem to get new one... :)

Go to their website and try there. Most likely it will reject your completely vaild email address. I suspect for some reason they reject every email address with a top level domain other than .com.

Register an gmail account, these seem to work fine, recieve code, ignore or delete gmail account. It's stupid, they are going to get a lot of dead addresses, but if they force me to do it that way...

I signed up and have been getting the emails.. just didnt get a hitch code.
wife did though, both using same email domain.

Actually no! I have entered the code but there is no Hitch.
Yes, I have restarted multiple times.

Once Hitch is unlocked, you need to switch Delina for him to have Hitch in your rooster.

There is a symbol in the upper left corner of Delina's case to make the switch. Maybe that's the problem ?
