No. SSDs load data much faster than any HDD out there. The game does load slower with an HDD. It's a matter of a split second with an SSD.
No reason. OP got their answer. They even said so. I admit that Steam creates a problem by not auto-archiving old threads, but that doesn't mean you're justified in reviving it for no reason.
And you must be doing something illegal to play FB on Game Pass. I have it open right now and FB doesn't even come up on the search results because it doesn't have a PC version outside of Steam. Also can't count Xbox Play Anywhere because FB isn't part of the program since it doesn't have a Windows 10 version.

FB is available on Game Pass, yes, but only on the Xbox One. The catalog of games available on Game Pass varies slightly between Xbox One and Windows 10. Here's some proof:
