FB prices were a mess back when I bought it. The deluxe edition only came with the base game + season pass (the "deluxe content" was included in the season pass regardless of purchasing the deluxe package from the store) and it used to cost more than the game and season pass separately. Then came the expansion and purchasing it by itself used to cost more than buying the complete edition, even if you already had everything else.
So just go with that. Do a quick calculation of how much each DLC would cost purchased on their own and compare that to the discount you're supposed to get from the complete edition.
There are reason why they're doing price fix.
Considering the price tag + DLC is quite alot it must be their strategy to make people buy the complete edition.
That said complete edition is worth the price and game is really good for people who liked anime/3rdperson shooter/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of Customisation/looting/jrpg.
