So the cause was my RGBfusion running in the background (for those who don't know, its a software which changes the color of my RGB components in my PC), and APPARENTLY EAC found it as a potential "cheat" or as the damn thing put it: A Game Security Violation.
All I had to do was to end task and the game works just fine.
yeah EAC sucks, you can't even run ReShade over the game because EAC thinks it's a cheat thing lol
Thank you so much, devs. Way to ruin someone's mood.
Edit: No, that's not what's going on here. What error are you getting? I'm getting code 23. The game launches but as soon as I reach the title screen, my controller stops working with the game (still turned on, still connected, but it does nothing). I already verified the game files but everything was fine.
Settings>system>display
on display settings there's an "Night Light" Option, switch it on
you could also set which hour night light would activate
Anyway, as I mentioned in the edit, that turned out not to be the problem.
