Honestly, I think you're wasting your breath. It's rare for Japanese developers to fix such issues, especially when it's a game such as this which is pretty much finished, with any updates being complementary content rather than important fixes or whatever. And besides, this game has gameplay issues far more important than jagged edges, so if they had to fix anything they should start with making the game play better.
Anyway, you could try third party programs. NVIDIA Profile Inspector is very popular to bump up graphic options and NVIDIA's own GeForce Experience also has some settings built into it (though I think those are primarily based on the settings available in the game, as changing them in-game will change the Experience profile).
