Spaceship vanished

I have been doing some traveling and now I am stuck on a planet with no option to get off since my space ship up and vanished

Sorry I didn't get to your message earlier; when we are both online next, shoot L.Tee or myself a message and we can help you get off that rock and replace your ship.

Edit: It doesn't matter if we are in different programs when your online next; I have steam set, so that I can see messages instantly when they come up (green bell) and I try to have both discord and Steam open 24/7 (though I don't either set to alert on my phone).

Hi there Ashelon, I am sorry you had to encounter that glitch and lost your ship, please let me know when you are in-game next so I can log in and send you a new ship so you are able to get off of the planet. I also sent you a friends request in case you would like to dm when you are in game next if you did not want to post here in the forum.
