For me OpenXR Runtime is not set to SteamVR. Go into SteamVR Settings > Developer > Set SteamVR as default OpenXR Runtime. You'll need to make sure you have Advanced Settings switched on to get this option.
???

+1 exact same issue on quest 3 with steam link (beat saber starts on the computer but got stuck (loss of headtrack) and the loading "beat saber" in the quest).
At least, it works with the quest link.

Solved : by using the beta version of beta saber (properties / beta)
Legacy1.29.1_unity_ver2019.4.28f1 - pre unity upgrade build
I was able to make it work.
Hope that helps

So I tried to follow the steps above but was unclear where you were finding these options. I tried from my PC.
Clicked the three lines in the upper left of SteamVR 2.2.3 > Settings > then I can't find anything that says "Developer" etc...

Doesn't work with last version (BS 1.34.0 and SteamVR 2.2.4)

Yeah. I think I got it to work. By going into steam on the pc and selecting the beta version.
