Sore arms
I've been playing way more beat saber than usual lately but for the last couple days my upper arms have been kinda sore and I'm not sure if it's just getting used to it or something I'm doing wrong. I've been making sure not to use my wrist too much as I know that can cause issues.

For sure, Beat Saber can be quite the workout depending on how you're playing. If it feels like muscle fatigue then that's normal, just be sure to take breaks if you're particularly sore and it'll stop happening as the muscles get stronger. If it's a sharp pain when you move, is centered deep in your joins, or it seems like it's the tendon(s) that hurt, that may be a sign you're overextending yourself and should work up your strength using easier songs.

The best way to keep your shoulders and arms from being unnecessarily strained is to make sure you're using your whole body (i.e. engage your core, square your shoulders, lead with your hips, all that fun stuff).

Okay, I'll give you're tips a go, but yeah I guess it might just be getting used to it.

Welcome to Beat Saber. Here's your complementary Icy Hot.

If you think that's bad, try spending a few hours trying to full combo a song with a bunch of crouches in it.

Look, sometimes it can be hard to beat it for too many hours in a row. Just pace yourself, drink some water, and beat it regularly. Eventually your arms will be used to the beating and you will be fine.

I started beating it really hard until it hurt a lot. The best thing is to beat it at a lower level at first and build up.

But in all seriousness though. When I was playing beat saber too much my arms would get sore. I didn't play for a couple of days in between and they felt better. Eventually I could play for a many days in a row without pain. But it does take getting used to it like any form of excercise
