If you don't have a VR-capable PC then your options are a PSVR ($350) or an Oculus Quest ($400). The Quest is a standalone headset so it doesn't need to connect to a computer or console. On the plus side, you can play custom songs with it and the tracking is better than PSVR. On the minus side, it cannot play all PCVR games and you're limited to just what you can buy on the Oculus store.

That's the only equipment you need. Just decide between a PSVR bundle and a Quest bundle and you're good.

I think its a lot for my PC, i3 and gtx 660TI... So my last chance is PS4. I dont have any VR glasses, so i need only buy it i think, i have 2x controllers and camera with ps 3 move whats compatible to PS 4

Thats wrong! Check out the software "ALVR". In short term, this software use your GPU Unit of your PC and stream it on your oculus quest via WLAN. There are some Tutorials out there how to set up this. Make sure, you have a VR-Ready PC and a stable WLAN connection. Then you can enjoy Steam VR Games wireless on your oculus quest, too;)

Getting a GTX 970 + a WMR headset would probably be cheaper than going the PS4 route to be honest. Though to be fair, an i3 is pretty limit (or may be even too poor) for VR. so I'd double check that this CPU can actually handle position calculations.

Beat Saber can run on poor hardware, really the only limit here is the VR stuff. Some people in the past have mentionned running Beat Saber on a GTX 700 series, but I have no idea how low the SS was and/or how low the FPS was, but it was playable according to him. I played Beat Saber on a R9 290x (which is a GTX 970 equivalent) and it was basically background work for the card. If there's a thing that Beat Games does well it's optimisation. (If people get lag issues with the game, it's usually because of mods that were not optimised).

If you have the opportunity to try any VR system on your PC I'd give it a shot to see how your machine handles Beat Saber.

you wont be able to use the PS3 move camera with PSVR i think, but the controllers are the same.

so your best option is to buy this bundle:

https://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-VR-Rescue-Mission-Bundle-4/dp/B07H47J7T5/

it comes with 2 other great games as well.

alternatively, there is a PSVR bundle that comes with beat saber and 2 new move controllers, if you look around you can find it for about $100 more than the bundle above, and since you already plan to buy beat saber, thats like getting a pair of new move controllers and borderlands for around $70, which is worth it especially if your current move controllers are pretty old.

personally, if i was looking for a beat saber headset however that wasnt a PC headset, i would probably get the quest.

yes it is $400, so it is a little more than the PSVR set, but it has better tracking, a better screen and it is stand alone, so you can take it anywhere, use it anywhere, you dont have to be tethered to your PS4.

also one big factor.

there is no mods on PSVR beat saber, people have managed to make custom songs work for the quest though., so you would have access to thousands of songs.

even ignoring the other benefits, the custom songs alone make the extra cost of the quest worth it over the PSVR.

if hes running a 660ti and I# chip, im guessing his whole system is similar and far below even basic VR specs, i doubt beatsaber will be a good experience even if it could manage to run, and i certainly wouldnt buy a headset of any kind to pair to such a low end system.

Hence why I said

Beat Saber is pretty damn low on the requirements spectrum, I think there's a shot at the game running on low specs, at the cost of a lower than 1.0 SS most probably but decent framerate, but I wouldn't tell him to buy before testing.
