Still the developer should have been kind enough to offer at least some minimal discount during the holidays.
So thankful the devs are spending all their time making DLC for things we all were doing the opposite of hoping for. Thank christ we have Imagine a Dragon, and Band That Sucks DLC--but it took them four ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years to make multiplayer?
$20 seems more fair, without the multiplayer OP has it on the nose: This is a $10 game and you all drank the Kool Aid.
Most VR games are like demos with very simple gameplay which doesn't require much of a skill. And this game is all about skill. Here I'm paying knowing that I'll spend thousands of hours in it, and if I buy HL:Alyx for example I can run it maybe 2 playthroughs spending 15 hours in total and that's about it. Though HL:Alyx is still really great game nevertheless, for me it costs inadequately high due to low replay ability. Don't think anything in VR can compare by replay ability and skill development to Beat Saber.
And why bother about workshop when modding is as simple as downloading and running one app and joining BSMG discord where everything is nicely organised if you still lacking something? Hope they never force modding through workshop as it will mean end of free custom songs due to licensing issues...
people not modding probably have never played the custom songs, but look at the modded side and the noodle maps, wall maps ect and you will see all the good stuff compared to the bad base game maps they keep throwing on us as "major" updates maybe they should update the base game maps before trying to sell us maps cause if base game is anything to go buy i aint ever any dlc lmao sucks that people actually buy the bad things
multiplayer has been there for a year before it was added to the official game, it was a mod, the new multiplayer already has custom lobby and custom song support 3weeks after the update so your late on that, not even gonna mention the fact i couldnt even join a multiplayer lobby base game cause connection error on a fresh install
The DLC is a complete rip-off though. Hell most of the beatmaps are worse then the free ones that were made.
