The song is a bit low tempo so for Expert I added some *tasteful* bombs and big swings during the high tension sections. The high tension parts only make up about half the song, though. The Hard version doesn't have bombs but I also tightened up the notes so you don't have to swing as much.
Starts at about 1:43:

Then what I also quite liked is "Lone Digger" on hard. Also there is a song called "faster and faster" (or something like that) which has a lot of wide swings and is getting faster and faster all the time.
Also, if you go for top scores you will be naturally moving your hands around way more. If you want to score S and SS on the songs, you need to be getting good scores for your swings. This means long and precise movements, with good windups and quick speed, right through the middle. Try going for it, it will give you much better workout than any song pattern would. You'd also see you will start getting much better scores as well which is a nice bonus!
^ This, a whole lot.
I was just trying Electric Light Orchestra - Mr. Blue Sky .
I love it

Editing: I do want to add that for working out, I think gently pushing yourself and playing lots of songs is a better work out than a few heavy songs. I usually put the heavy song right at the end before a shower.
