Anybody else having issues with crouching enough?
I feel like I have to practically do a split to dodge the obstacle blocks. Should I look into recalibrating my height, and if so what would fix it?

Alternatively maybe I need to just "git gud" but I feel like I'm in danger of the Vive sliding off my face onto the floor.

You could try adjusting the floor height in the games option menu.

I was going into full crouch on instinct but I killed my legs for the entire next day after a session of trying to full-combo Escape (Expert) and so the next session I tried just bending forward a bit and it's enough to get under them even with me at 5'11".

I'll have to try recalibrating height I guess for standing/roomscale, it sounds like SteamVR thinks I'm shorter than I am (6'0")

I've been going full crouch. My legs are sore as hell. I see it as much needed exercise (and karma for laziness!!)

Sounds like somebody needs to go for some Hot Squat.

No Issue at all, if anything there's a need for more, it's not that difficult but adds and aditional movement and difficulty to hard as oposed to expert where it feels too fast to be fun at times. Rather have a mode between hard and expert that adds a lot more of those walls.

I am not disputing this

My floor height is pretty well calibrated, I'm 6'2" and I'm not having trouble so recalibration should definitely help. I feel your pain leg pain wise lmao. After some sessions of playing Pavlov on the bridge map (constant crouching) my legs are sore for a good 12 hours after. VR has done my body some good. I went from having sore legs and back after 30 minutes to being just fine 4 hours in :)

A little idea for the developers, I put my mum who is over 70 int the game and she found it too hard to duck, so could you consider an option to allow for a button duck. Just a suggestion.
Man, I guess my floor is miscalibrated, since I keep getting these obstacles where it's just a 6 foot wide, ~5 foot tall wall coming at me with maybe 2 feet of clearance at the bottom. I came here to figure out WTF I was supposed to do, thanks for the clarification

You can recalibrate easily with OpenVR Advanced Settings btw :)

Alternatively you could do obstacle-free runs, perhaps giving higher weight to accuracy as compensation.

I ducked a lot better this time around but I still feel like it's slightly disruptive to the flow of the game/song. I might feel differently after I'm limbered up a bit.

I'm 6'4". The level of squat I have to do to avoid the top obstacles is lower than parallel, and I have long femurs. It's very rough to do that alone, let alone also THEN have to dodge afterwards. A height calibration would be fantastic

You could grab advanced vr settings... it's an in system app that lets you adjust a number of things, including your playspace, go into play space, and take the y down until you are comfortable... be aware, the blocks will be higher too.

6'4 and I just bend forward at the waste. Thankfully there isn't often that much complex stuff to swing at when you gotta go down. It works though.
