Why so choppy?

Title says it all. The tutorial was excrutiating to get through, the mouse pointer would barely move. It's not much better in the main game.

i hope the developer never gives up about Icarus Starship Command Simulator it is so good i hope this game Icarus Starship Command Simulator will have steam workshop and full mod support and mining and a captain chair i can sit on and give orders in game

Why does all the reviews say this game is similar to FTL?

I'm losing braincells just trying to understand how people can even relate this game to FTL. It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with FTL. If I were to review this game I would give it a thumb up as well but for complete different reasons. Like, for example, how this game reminds me of Ken's Labyrinth by its amateurish nature which is easily excused by the fact that it is made by a single enthusiastic individual who managed to patch together a game worth your time while keeping his cool and not overcharging f...
