umm, AMD doesn't hang out here and neither does the devs of the game. Good luck on your adventures.

I was having the same exact issue just 10 minutes ago. Update your drivers to the newest version. I have a R9 Nano and it seems like you guys also have AMD GPUs. My drivers are at 18.5.1 now and the bloom issue is fixed for me.

I have a Amd RX580 8GB videocard is up to date. I have 18.10.2 driver. I am still getting this horrible bloom effects. Specially when you do mission in the U-boat. Here is a picture. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1551012842

Downgrade your Adrenalin drivers to 18.5.1 it will help.

Switch drivers go back to older drivers but remove those drivers via the DDU method.. AMD/ATI has had this problem for the for the past 18 years.. First with openGL now with it's replacement vulkun

My version is 18.11.1 and now it works fine. I used 18.10.x before and it did not work.

I had this too.
You need to disable HDR lighting or whatever in the advanced graphics setttings. Just turn off all HDR stuff. Your monitor most likely does not support HDR anyway.
