Best advice for when a game is too hard or puzzles too obscure: if the game won't play fair, then why the f.uck should we?
EDIT: Just tried it out and...yeah. It's just dominoes with punch cards. I still recommend looking up/posting a full walkthrough if you need to but it is surprisingly easy once you realise it's just a punch card based game of Snap.
I've been playing on normal for my first playthrough right now so if the timer changes at different levels to make it easier or harder I don't know about it.
Aside from the stupid timer, the hardest part comes from backtracking to previous levels just to kill commanders and take their cards.
It may finally select it if you play around with the menu, but I really don't know how to make it behave.
