Report a translation problem
I don't think so. I tried it and the camera locks to him and even if you do he manages to get out of the room. I shut the door going in and left him out and he was punching through a wall then in the bathroom but the camera made me face him and was buggy. I managed to get out and shut the door on him but the camera locked in his direction and kept pulling me back towards him like a tractor beam and eventually he was out again and hit me.
Once you get close to him like trying to get him in one of the bathrooms you are lock to him and very hard if not impossible to get away or even look away from him.
He didnt get out and the camera didnt lock to him, so it was a success.
However, as its also been explained above, there no point in doing it because it prevents you from doing the quests.
That said, when all quests have been done and you find yourself messing around to see what happens if you do this or that, then locking up piiiissed off Frank and lock him up can be a fun little challenge. :-)
