Do you think that you'd consider implementing a patch to allow controller use? It's the type of game I like better with a controller.

This game looks soo awful - do the world a favor and stop development. Doesn't look like someone with any artistic creativity is making it. Is this your own idea?

i think the game is pretty good, a bit chaotic at times, but definitley not a bad game by any means.

Just finished my first impressions of the game, I like it a lot. It's like an Enter the Gungeon lite. That said, my suggestions would be to add a beastiary, so I can learn more about the enemies and their patterns and more about my allies and their abilities. I don't know what meeting the Devil does, so I guess making that more clear would be good. The music is stellar, the art is absolutely fine, don't listen to a hater that can't give any real constructive criticism, after all, where are all the games he's coded? More explaination is the main thing, for example, knowing I'm on lvl 1-1 or 1-3 would be great, I played for a bit, thought I was onto the later levels and found out I had made no saveable progress which was a bummer. Maybe being able to shoot faster, like as fast a you can click, but I don't know if there is a gun upgrade later in the game so I can't say that's a problem for sure. Anyways, I hope you keep working on it, I'd like to actually have my suggestions implemented into a game before the creator loses inspiration and quits for once. Oh and the loading screen is precious, the yellow UltraGoodness logo :sincerelyyours:

How about a manual or guide? Or better yet an in-game help that explains all the controls and what all the icons mean, what the pickups do, what the objective of the game is, basically just what I'm supposed to be doing.

I played for 5 minutes and it seems like I might enjoy it if there were even the most basic guidance on what is going on.

The game is amazing, music is dope, visuals are dope. errr'thing is dope! My only problem is that it starts legit hurting my eyes after like 45 min of gameplay lol

Just got the game on chrono this morning. And I quite like it. I do have a few suggestions though.

  • Support for directional navigation in menus. Being able to switch between menu items with arrow keys or WASD would be quite welcome. And please map that to the controller as well.
  • I'm kinda missing a clearer distinction between levels and and the stages of a level. One possible solution might be to add some text near the stage/level exit. Something like 'Move to Stage B' or "Exit the level'
  • I would really prefer it if links were opened with my default browser rather than an in-game browser.
  • I would move the language-selection screen to the settings, and instead use the language set in steam by default.
  • Get rid of the second launch menu item in Steam. Since it has no visible text, I'm guessing that's a bug anyway.
  • Make the default controller configuration in Steam's Big Picture 'Gamepad' rather than 'Gamepad with camera controlls'
