Instead of being forced to pick between 2 subs, I now have to pick between 4. What if I like my sub? What if I don't want the larger subs or redundant systems I am not gonna use? This tier system is not smart as your still strong arming players to pick the higher tier subs to get better upgrades especially for later game.
What happened to each submarine having their own quirks, pros and cons? Now its just cough up and buy a higher tier, not because you want to use a different sub, but because you have to to have a fighting chance in later areas.
I was all for removing deep diver class but this is just terrible. I want to pick a submarine to pilot and use cause I LIKE the sub, not cause I apparently have to adhere to a tier system to get the best upgrades.
Really hoping this gets changed, until then guess I am just gonna have to sub editor all the vanilla subs to tier III.
Damn, I really liked that one, that felt like a feature rather than a bug. Was really fun to watch and made the whole "ecosystem" of the planet feel a bit more alive :D

As for the dock undock mission cheese. wtf. We do that because we want a ton of missions. 1-2 missions is dull and boring. Give us a server setting for a ton of missions. Even with 10 missions possible setting the outpost only gives 2-3.
P.S. I'm glad this isn't just another dead early access game that never unofficially made it out of beta (SE/DayZ), but I think that dependency management and ordering needs to be reworked to make it easier to install, update, and make sure there are no mod conflicts, with clearly identifying errors as to which lines of code in which mod are conflicting or throwing errors, and possibly a dialogue that opens up allowing you to pick which of these conflicting functions you want to keep, or merge, like when copying a file that has the same name as another, except you can see the differences and can also manually or have it automatically merge them.
Thanks for your developer and community outreach time!
