New round start keeps other players stuck in loading screen

when I'm playing with my brother and we have the missions we want to go to and take off, I load up just fine but he is now stuck on the loading screen. from my perspective the game is in full motion but his character just stands there never moving. On his screen there's nothing but the "round is starting please wait" screen. and he never loads in, it tells me he disconnects when this happens.

When we reconnect him to the server he can only join as a spectator even though his character is still alive and well just standing around.
no we don't use mods, yes our wifi speeds are excellent and stable, averaging at about 900mb speeds. our computers are fairly powerful and the same model.
this bug has kept us from playing the game altogether and I would like it to be fixed or I would appreciate some help.

Do you have the same problem in the main branch or only the unstable branch? What works for me is going to the lobby and starting the round over again.

yeah actually I do the same thing. it just kills the mood and makes us both want to quit, it happens so frequently that it's not worth playing.

this is what made my friends stop wanting to play. That and the updates ruin previous saves so we have to constantly start over

Having the same issue with my brothers game. Mine loads just perfect but he always gets this issue.

My friend has fixed this Issue for themselves, Possible reason for this issue is having a VPN on, give it a try (turn off any VPN services) and see if it helps.

Thank you but I don't think I use any VPNs.
