Spineling genes improvement

Make it that your character with Spineling genes wont rotate in the direction of mouse cursor, instead it will be rotated only with A and D giving the user ability to finally aim spikes and not randomly shooting them

P.S. Without aiming this gene is useless because spread arc is like 150-180 deg, cant hit anything if not point blank

yeah most of the monster genes that give you a monster attack are kinda pointless... except for the 60% face damage reduction the mudraptor gene gives, but even thats a stretch give how its only resistance for damage to the players head with the other benefit being a mudraptor beak bite
