But yes, I’ve also wondered the same thing. Perhaps the PUCS have a method of venting it, but that doesn’t make sense for the other suits.

I still think there is merit to it. It could be attached to the medical system somehow, drunkeness could be made more complex.

Maybe you could make it so that you have to lay passed out drunk team mattes on their stomache so the vomit can flow out and they don't drown

Add vanilla ice cream to eat before you throw up.
Not that it stops you from vomiting- it just dulls the nasty flavor and burning of stomach acid in your throat and mouth.
