Antibiotic Glue needs something
Antibiotic Glue heals for 2 burn and 2 bleeding every second for the next 20 seconds, if your medical skill is above 73. If your medical skill is below 73, it heals 1 burn and bleeding each second for 20 seconds, while also causing 1.25 organ damage every second for its duration. Antibiotic glue has 2 uses if unskilled, and 5 if skilled.

Let's compare antibiotic glue to plastiseal, as plastiseal is the go to option for treating burns and bleeding.

Plastiseal heals for 7 burn and bleeding for the next 5 seconds if your medical skill is above 34. If your medical skill is lower than 34, it heals for 6 burn & bleeding for the next 5 seconds. Plastiseal has 4 uses for both skilled and unskilled users.

Both plastiseal and antibiotic glue heal 40 burn and bleeding, but plastiseal does it in 5 seconds rather than 20, with a much lower required skill, and a much less severe penalty for unskilled use.

In almost every way, plastiseal outclasses antibiotic glue. The only advantage antibiotic glue has right now is that it can be used a single additional time in the hands of a skilled user.

To make antibiotic glue a useful item, it could be changed:
-Keep the high skill requirement to use, and double the healing, from 2 bleeding & burn to 4.
- Increase the number of uses from 5 to 8.
This change would make antibiotic glue the better option, if you have the skill to use it.

OR

-Make the skill needed to use antibiotic glue 40, rather than 73.

The first option makes antibiotic glue very powerful and efficient as a healing item, but only in the hands of a very high level medic. The second option makes antibiotic an alternative option to plastiseal, better for dealing with repeated burn damage like ballast flora or failed electrical repairs, but worse at the immediate healing needed when someone is bleeding out.
