Dedicated Server Help

Hi! I'm trying to set up a dedicated server for Barotrauma just to play with some friends and let them be able to play if I'm not available. We have used the in game hosting till now, but are wanting to try adding some mods and ran into lots of rubber banding issues. I have a better computer and network than the previous host and figured I would try to set up a dedicated server instead.

Problem is, I am having trouble getting it to work. I have tried using the DedicatedServer.exe and set up the serversettings.xml, but when I try to connect to the server it shows an incoming connection and then in the game it times out. (Server Console Logs pasted below. IP Address info removed)

Using Lidgren networking. Manual port forwarding may be required. If players cannot connect to the server, you may want to use the in-game hosting menu (which uses Steamworks and EOS networking and does not require port forwarding).

I'm finding myself slightly annoyed since the server is receiving an incoming connection when I try direct join, so I feel like to should be connecting, but every time I try it just says connection has timed out.
Things I have tried already:
- Added UDP port forwarding for ports 27015 & 27016.
- Added UDP connections for ports 27015-27016 in firewall on computer.
- Turning enableUPnP to true in serversettings.xml and also on router settings
- Removed password in case that was affecting it somehow
- Set IsPublic to True (hopping to find the server listed, but even when searching for the set ServerName it doesn't come up)
- I also tried using the SteamCMD to download the Barotrauma Dedicated Server as well, but ran into an issue where it won't download the app due to no subscription (tried both logged into my account and logged into anonymous) Found this form that seems like SteamCMD is broken for some reason for Barotrauma Dedicated Server: https://steamcommunity.com/app/602960/discussions/1/4632610823217386209/

Any help or advice on what might be causing issues would be appreciated! Additionally, any advice around adding steam workshop mods would be helpful as well :)
