Herja docking hatch Bot Bug

Common bug happens when the Herja's docking hatch walls take damage. Bots that are set to repair leaks will get stuck on the ladder trying to welding tool the breach. Happens every single time without fail, a player needs to go to the breach and repair it themselves.
