yeah youre gonna need a mouse or if you hold both mouse buttons and aim at the same time it might work but not sure

Depends on how your track pad is configured - does it have left and right button areas (or actual buttons), is it a multi-touch pad, etc.

Best option is a mouse (with three buttons minimum) as Sokolov says, that's what the game was designed to use and you'll be fighting a battle to play the game any other way.

The game can be played using a TRACKBALL quite well, the only thing you may be missing is that middle button as not all trackballs have them.
