What does wiring to a diving locker do?

It's not listed on the wiki, but you can wire to a diving-suit-locker [POWER-IN]. Would it replenish their oxygen?

Yes sir. That is the intended purpose. Although the large diving suit locker does not have it (I presume just yet), others do, giving it power saves you time of travelling to oxxy generator and back

It does however constantly drain power, so putting them on a relay with a switch controlling it for on/off may be a good idea if you wish to avoid wasting fuel.
