"Unknown error while giving mission rewards..."

I've gotten this error twice in vanilla singleplayer and it just makes it so I don't get paid for any of the missions on the trip.
Is there a known fix? From what I can tell it's a bug from one of the talents that increases mission rewards.

Thank you for the report! It's hard to say what exactly is causing this without the full error message or crash report, but I suspect it could be related to one of the issues we fixed in the hotfix yesterday: the issue had to do with a certain function that should list every character in the crew also listing pets, which would cause issues in e.g. the tab menu - it could've also caused issues with mission rewards particularly if talents are involved.

Please let us know if you're still experiencing the issue after the hotfix (and if possible, please include the full error message or crash report). Sorry for the inconvenience!
