Radio voice chat is coming through as local for other players

Each player sees the yellow speech bubble on their own screen, but for the other player it's grey. The voice chat is only audible from a range of about 6 feet in-game.

Bug reported on github, just wondering if there have been any instances for other people, or if there's something we missed.

In the text chat area it's definitely set to Radio, and it doesn't tally that I should see the yellow "Radio" speech bubble whereas others see the same speech bubble as grey "Local".

Switching between Local and Radio makes no difference, it's always just coming through as Local to others.

This just started happening mid-way through our current campaign, and has continued to happen all of the time now except perhaps for a few seconds at the start of the round.

I know there used to be two keys for voice chat, one for Radio and another for Local, but since they changed it to be only one key (V by default) I can't see that it would be us doing something wrong, especially since it was working earlier in the campaign but not now.
