Server running way to slow

Me and my friends are experiencing problem with the server that i host, it's so slow... ( our squad consists of 3-4 players )

[for example, what do i mean]
- damage is delayed by few seconds
- sometimes we bug through door, etc.
- we often dont hear gunshots and dont see muzzle flashes when AI is shooting
- longer loading times between map and outposts + sometimes it kicks my friends from the
server

[my pc specs. ]
- GPU : Nvidia RTX 3060
- CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- RAM : 16GB
+ I use stable cable ethernet connection ( 350Mbps download/ 30Mbps upload )

[mods that we use]
- Enchanced Armaments
- Dynamic Europa
- Extract it!
- Real Sonar
- Enchanced Armamments Dynamic Europa Patch
- THG Vanilla melee pack
- Better Exosuit with platform

Right now I host the server through the game option but I also tried hosting dedicated server but there was little to no difference at all ...
If anyone has any clue please help, it is near impossible to fight something with small arms/ outside sub and it is very annoying in the sub

We didn't tried yet, but we will try it out. I'll sent you feedback next week

It's possible that the combination of mods may cause this. For example Dynamic Europa adds a lot of content and while it alone may not cause those issues, maybe other mods being added to the lot causes this. If it was internet lag, your characters would be "teleported" backwards.

The more items your mods add the worse your performance will be by having to keep all the custom content in memory, having to sync it across clients and possibly verify it between you, server and clients as often as possible.
If you think that your and/or your friends' internet can handle it, you could increase the tick-rate in Barotrauma / serversettings.xml for faster updates.
