Cant launch game at all

I havent played for quite a while, decided to hop on to see the update but game doesnt launch, i click to play it but nothing happens exept a popup of synchronizing with steam cloud. Already tried updating my drivers, windows update, tried to change a few settings that were supposed to resolve the issue and did a clean reinstall at the end of it when it didnt work. Nothings helping and trying to launch it from the games folder doesnt work either. Any help would be appreachiated.

seems like a steam cloud error. You can try to sync it manually.

not sure, already tried stuff with that as well, disabling it enabling it but it always says cloud is up to date, the popup it gives isnt an error or anything just the steam popup most games do so dont think its an issue with that

Hi. Try launching the game directly by clicking on barotrauma.exe in the game folder and see if it works.

tried that as well, disabling firewall and windows defender in case they were messing with it, and tried launching as administator in all cases nothing still, did a second reinstall still nothing lost on ideas now
