Makeshift Shelves no longer possible to place, at all

Ever since the 1.0 patch it is no longer possible to place any makeshift shelves. I am an assistant with the skill myself and I am not allowed to place them, claiming I need "special training".

We have 0 of them the sub so it is not the new limit of 3 either (which is absurdly low btw, just make them not count for cargo mission instead so we can have an actually useful amount of them placed!)

The issue has been found and supposedly fixed. That non-assistants can't place them seems to be intentional for some reason though and won't be changed other than the case if a bot has the talent (as that bot could be the only assistant).
Assistants that already had the talent when the limit of 3 was added didn't retroactively get a hidden stat that decided the limit which should also get fixed.

Now we just have to wait for the game to get patched I guess
