Lost items on ship transfer

We ran into a problem whilst buying a new ship and transfer all items

When the crew were also buying items from the different shops at the same point, we seemed to have lost all the things we bought, and only things we had previously on the ship got transferred

Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Sometimes recent purchases will bug and you will not receive them. I’ve had it happen twice but I honestly don’t know what causes it.

It's simply a matter of the transfer overwriting the cargo gained from purchases on that map. If you are going to use the item transfer feature, do your purchases after switching subs.
