Some players characters getting stuck on ragdoll when spawning.

As the tittle says, one of my friends is having this issue where he spawn and then he just ragdolls to the ground like if he's pressing spacebar constantly but he's not doing so, he can hear and see all but he can't get up. We're playing modded but we're 10 people and he's the only one with this problem. The weirdest part is this sometimes happens on stations, sometimes it doesn't but we can't start a new level without him getting ragdolled into the ground, any help please?

Pd: I've never seen this happen before, he just started playing and don't want him to leave already.

Have you tried playing without mods? If the problem only happens in a modded play through then that would make the problem significantly easier to solve.

I think having lots of subs is the problem, so tomorrow we will try with mods but only one custom sub.
